When I heard the news of the election results Wednesday morning I felt sadness and loss to the pit of my stomach. I am sad for the state of our nation. Its not about parties its about morals. Its because we are turning much further from God. A leader or a president isn't the answer to our problems. God is.
We have forgotten where we came from! And in the name of security we have given up many of our freedoms.
I cannot understand how we as a people are so blind. I heard on the radio that for the majority of America, voters said their most important issue was the economy aka MONEY!
How can we say money is more valuable than the 54 million babies killed by abortion since Roe vs Wade. That number is expected to rise to 60 million by the end of Obama's term! Did you know that 60 million is ten times the number of people killed in Nazi Germany. Yet there's no graves here, no tears, and people aren't talking about it. This alone does not make me feel proud to be an American.
I am sad to hear of so many self proclaiming Christians who openly stated they were voting No on the Marriage Amendment in Minnesota. If you are among those number I encourage you to read ;

I don't want to point fingers what I want to see is people to open their eyes. There is so much liberal media out there pushing their agenda. We need to remember, there is a right and wrong and its not based on popular opinion.

We need to be done being silent and we need to pray. What America needs isn't a political agenda-it needs God!
